• Introduction to trading with China - provides a basic background to China, including facts about the country and its business environment, cultural aspects, negotiating with the Chinese and resolving disputes. This course is ideal for companies or members of their staff that are new to China and need to assimilate a large amount of information quickly.

• Negotiating with the Chinese - this is a comprehensive course, which lasts either two or three days, depending upon the previous China experience of course participants. It covers all aspects of negotiating with China including business culture, strategies and tactics and the resolution of disputes.

• Establishing a joint venture in China - a course, which deals with all aspects of joint ventures including their rationale, identifying and selecting partners, structuring of the joint venture, pitfalls in standard contracts and negotiation strategies and tactics.
